website. In the event that we are unable to supply
the product ordered or any substitute product to you,
we shall notify you as soon as reasonably possible
and shall reimburse your payment in full no later
than 7 days after the intended date of delivery. The

an email confirming your order and that payment has
been made. All information regarding prices are correct
at the time of publishing and include VAT. It may
be necessary to change prices from time to time. Any
price changes will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated
on our website and will be debited when we receive
your order.
Delivery
There are no deliveries on Sundays. Incorrect personal
details may lead to problems or delays in delivery,
so before placing your order, please ensure that you
have included the full address details, including
the accurate postcode of the intended recipient and
your daytime contact telephone number or email address
so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery
problems are encountered. Orders received on a Sunday
or Bank Holiday will be treated as having been received
on the following working day. Whilst we agree to use
all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery
will be on the intended delivery date you acknowledge
that in very occasional circumstances delivery on
the requested terms will not be possible. In such
circumstances we will either make alternative arrangements
or shall reimburse your payment in full.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation can only be accepted if received at least
24 hours before the requested delivery date either
by telephone or by email. If you are unhappy with
your goods, please advise us by email, telephone or
by letter for a replacement or a full refund: In all
circumstances we will need to establish that all information
pertaining to the complaint is correct and valid.
In all circumstances will endeavour to satisfy every
complaint, whether it be the fault of Livingcards
and/or any other company.
Photography
All photography on the site is owned by Livingcards
and is an accurate representation as to the quality
and design of a Livingcard. Every reasonable care
has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and
colour matching are accurate as photographic processes
will allow.
Website
Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to
ensure that the Living Cards site is fully operational
and error-free, we cannot guarantee this and therefore
accept no responsibility for any defects and/or any
interruptions of the site and shall be released from
our obligations under these Terms in the event of
any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders
the site inaccessible. We reserve the right to suspend,
restrict or terminate access to the Livingcards website
for any reason at any time.
General
We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms.
Any changes will be posted here and will be effective
24 hours after listing any such changes. All matters
concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement
for the purchase and sale of goods from our website
shall be construed and governed according to English
